1) SHOW TIMES
For most shows, venue doors open at 6pm. At this time you can purchase tickets, pick up
will call tickets and enter to order food and drink. Shows generally start between 9-10pm,
unless otherwise noted. (Earlier shows will be scheduled this season – always check our
Calendar) You may reach our entertainment line at 508-693-1137 ext. 33.
ALL EVENTS AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
2) TICKETS
& BOX OFFICE
Tickets for most shows may be purchased online up to 6pm day of show, and may also be
purchased at our Box Office from 12-5pm on Monday-Saturday. Tickets may also be
available at the door the night of the show starting at 6pm. You may also purchase tickets
over the phone with a credit card. 508-693-1137. There will be a $3.00 service charge for
each phone order. No tickets may be held without purchase. ALL TICKET SALES ARE
FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Refunds are ONLY available for cancelled or
rescheduled shows.
3) SOLD OUT
SHOWS
If a show is sold out it is SOLD OUT. Please donÕt call and beg Matt or one of our staff
to get you in. We do not have a waiting list, and we cannot re-sell
tickets for people who donÕt show up. You cannot call to have tickets held without
purchase. If thereÕs a show you want to see, PLEASE GET TICKETS NOW!
4) AGE LIMIT & RULES
The majority of OUTERLAND shows this season will be 21+. The state of Massachusetts
has very strict rules governing the consumption and sale of alcohol and we choose to
follow those rules. IDs and bags will be checked. Absolutely no bottles, containers or food
may be brought into the club. We will occasionally offer ALL-AGE events where there will
be no alcohol served. Anyone underage caught drinking in our club – or supplying
alcohol to minors - will be removed and reported to police. Drinking in our parking lot will
NOT be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears
intoxicated – tickets wil not be refunded.
5) WHAT
HAPPENED TO YOUR 18+ SHOWS?
We tried, really we did. But we got tired of confiscating all your illegal contraband and
booze at the door – and we kept running out of soap in the bathrooms where you were
washing the XÕs off your hands. We know that some of you were truly there to enjoy the
music and weÕre sorry that a few had to ruin it for the rest. ItÕs just business. WeÕre a
nightclub – not a fraternity house. As stated above, we will occasionally offer ALL-AGE
events where there will be no alcohol served.
6) DRESS CODE
Seriously, itÕs the Vineyard – not the Hamptons or strike us down - Nantucket. There is no
dress code. Come as you are, be comfortable – we just prefer private parts stay private.
7) RE-ENTRY
and PARKING LOT POLICY
Once in the club, you may not exit to go to the parking lot and come back in. NO ins and
outsÉNO EXCEPTIONS. Our parking lots will be monitored for drinking in cars this
season. You will be refused entry if you show up visibly intoxicated and there will be no
ticket refunds. We depend on alcohol sales inside the club in order to stay in business and
we ask for your understanding.
We are totally STOKED this season to offer authentic Southern-Style BAR-B-Q from
the VineyardÕs world-famous SMOKE ÔN BONES restaurant. Seated dinner service
for the general public will be available at Outerland from 6-8pm ÉTake-Out available from
6-9pm. Ticketed Outerland patrons may also enjoy seated dinner to 9pm plus a limited late
night Snack menu til midnite during the show. No reservations necessary – table
availability is first come, first serve. Our course, we will be happy to take table
reservations for a larger party. If you are planning to attend that nightÕs show, we
recommend pre-purchasing tickets, but our waitstaff can also add your show tickets to your
food bill if you decide to stay. (Most shows are 21+ please)
For shows that are expected to sell-out, we will be removing all tables starting at 9pm and
all dinner patrons will need to have a pre-purchased show ticket.
There is limited seating in the club and reserved seats are NOT available, except for
Outerland VIP members and guests of the band and management. THERE IS NO
OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED.
9) WHAT IS THE
VIP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
Our 2008 VIP program entitles you to free entry to any show this season and a reserved
table for up to 6 guests when you call in by 6pm. There are other perks tooÉ please email

10) HANDICAP
FACILITIES
Outerland is completely handicap accessible. Wheelchair customers may call ahead to
our box office and we will reserve seating on the dancefloor area.
11) OVERNIGHT
ACCOMODATIONS IN THE AREA.
The Vineyard is a popular summer resort, and last-minute accommodations may not
always be available in season. We recommend checking with the MV Chamber of
Commerce http://www.mvy.com or MarthaÕs Vineyard Online http://www.mvol.com
for hotel recommendations. Outerland is conveniently located mid-island at the
MarthaÕs Vineyard airport on the West Tisbury/Edgartown line. WeÕre
about a 10-minute drive from Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.

SELL ANY COOL T-SHIRTS?
Why yes, thanks for asking! We have vintage soft Outerland T-shirts for sale for both men
and women, as well as comfy baseball hats. Right now, our box office is the only place to
purchase our merchandise, but we hope to have our online store ready soon. On show
nights, many of the bands also have their own promotional merchandise available for purchase during the show.
